Description

Beam brackets are used in construction and are designed to join wooden beams or joists. They are mainly used in roofs, decks, floors, and ceilings to create a strong, long-lasting support and provide excellent stability.

When a beam bracket is properly installed, it will hold the wooden beams as over time the wood will twist and move naturally. They ensure that the wooden beams maintain a true fit, providing long-term strength and rigidity.

Most beam brackets open over or under the edge of a wooden beam on around three sides and are secured with nails. There is a connecting plate beam bracket that attaches to the surrounding framework. They are versatile and are much stronger than using traditional nails or screws alone.
