Ο πόνος πάλι υπήρχε αλλά όχι τόσο έντονος !!

I love the liquid of the skip and it does a much better job.

The product is ineffective because every time I use it for washing, the capsule gets trapped outside the drum and gets stuck between the door and the glass. 8 out of 10 washes, the capsule gets trapped in the door. I have noticed this countless times and unfortunately, the plastic bag does not dissolve immediately with water. This is the last time I will purchase the aforementioned product. I find it completely problematic and it results in zero washing, as if the clothes were not washed at all.

I am already using the second box from the 1+1 packaging and at least one capsule every 3-4 washes, it still does not dissolve during the wash, leaving detergent stains on the clothes.
