I needed about 15-20 minutes to set it up by myself the first time, as I was "searching," and about 10 minutes to pack it up nicely in its packaging. With help, I believe you can set it up in 10 minutes and pack it away in 5.
The only downside is that it is thin as a fabric, so it definitely requires dusk and later to be utilized for projection (at least in the outdoor space where I tested it).
In terms of projection performance, which I tested with the projector on movies in various projection modes, it is very good, with proper light and color output, and it comfortably handles very high resolution.
Now, regarding reliability over time, only time will tell...
