Returns are accepted:

• In the case of defective import material from GIGALED or an error by GIGALED in the order, immediate replacement is provided and shipping is free.
• In any other case, you will need to pay for the shipping costs.

Return policy terms:

• Products must be in good condition, with intact packaging, and not used.
• Any defective resale products can be returned under the return policy terms of the respective company.

For any changes in the material information and technical specifications of resale products, GIGALED bears no responsibility unless officially notified by its representatives. For any changes that may occur, the representatives of the respective companies bear exclusive responsibility.
