JT gears are manufactured with the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing gears
• SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front gears
• High carbon content steel C49 for rear gears

Each gear undergoes 25 production stages and 10 quality control checks before leaving the factory, with the manufacturing facility meeting the highest European quality standards.
