JT sprockets are made from the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing sprockets
• SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets
• High carbon content C49 steel for rear sprockets

Each sprocket undergoes 25 production stages and 10 separate quality checks before leaving the factory, ensuring the highest European quality standards.
