Materials for JT gears

JT gears are manufactured using the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing gears
• SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for the front gears
• High-carbon steel C49 for the rear gears

Each gear undergoes 25 stages of production and 10 quality control checks before leaving the factory. The manufacturing unit has achieved the highest European quality standards.
