The Caruba filter set includes UV, circular polarizing, and ND8 filters for camera lenses. The UV filter reduces unwanted stray light, optimizes contrast, and neutralizes blue haze, while protecting the front element of the lens from scratches, greasy fingerprints, and dust. The circular polarizing filter slightly enhances overall saturation and lets you adjust the visibility of reflections from glass or water by rotating it.
The ND8 filter reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 3 stops without affecting colors. It is suitable for shooting with slow shutter speeds or wide apertures, as well as for recording video in bright conditions. The filters have a twelve-layer coating and come with a storage case that has space for an optional fourth filter.
