Description & Specifications

The 79805 thermal pad transfers heat between components and cooling surfaces. Its flexible, soft structure adapts to irregularly shaped components or components of different heights, filling gaps and surface irregularities.

It is used in applications such as connecting a water block to RAM modules, power supply sections and SMD components, as well as with large-surface components such as motherboard bridges, hard drives and PCB components. It is electrically non-conductive, does not cause corrosion, does not harden and is non-toxic. Use is not recommended if it has been compressed to more than half of its nominal thickness.
