Description

Thermal conductive pad suitable for applications requiring flexible material with high thermal conductivity. Ideal for connections with RAM water blocks, power supply parts, and SMD components. Its soft structure makes it suitable for cooling irregularly shaped components or those of different heights, and for filling gaps from tiny scratches to noticeable surface irregularities. It can also be used on large surface areas, such as motherboard bridges, hard drives, and densely packed components on PCBs.

Main features:

  • Thermal conductivity: 12W/mK
  • Density: 2.8g/cm3
  • Hardness (Shore): 35 OO
  • Non-conductive.
  • Does not cause corrosion, does not harden, and is non-toxic.

Can be cut to desired dimensions. Prepare the product by removing the protective film from both sides before use. It is not recommended to compress the thermal pad beyond half of its nominal thickness.
