Essential Oil Frankincense - (Boswellia carterii Herb Oil)

INCI Name: Boswellia carterii oil

The essential oil of frankincense, also known as olibanum, is derived from the resins of the Boswellia carterii tree. It is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy.

Blends well with:

  • sandalwood
  • lavender
  • pine
  • orange
  • benzoin
  • lemon
  • bergamot

Country of origin: India

The essential oils of Nostos Pure are natural and sourced from selected suppliers around the world, accompanied by the necessary Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets.

Safe use: Do not use essential oils on the body without a carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba. Ratio: 10ml (carrier oil) to 5 drops of essential oil. Avoid use by pregnant women and children under 5 years old. Individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use with caution and seek medical advice.

Avoid sun exposure after using citrus oils (e.g. Lemon, Orange) for 12 hours.

This product is not a medicine and does not replace medical treatment. Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children.

    It smells like white spirit (the one we use to clean brushes). It is good for wounds and wrinkles. You only use three drops and olive oil. Otherwise, it peels the skin (if you have a virus this is desirable). If someone is not familiar with essential oils, it is better to buy sandalwood oil which is thicker and has a more familiar scent.
