Safe use: Do not use essential oils directly on the body. Use a carrier oil such as almond oil, jojoba oil, etc. and mix in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil.

Do not expose yourself to the sun after using any citrus essential oils (such as Lemon, Orange, etc.) for 12 hours, as they can cause skin irritation and photosensitivity.
