Saponaria rose essential oil has a floral aroma and is organic. Essential oils are used diluted, usually in a carrier oil.

For aromatherapy massage, mix 2–7 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil. For a diffuser, use 3–7 drops. Other uses, such as baths, inhalations or foot soaks, require appropriate dilution. Do not use undiluted. Avoid contact with the inner ears, nose, eyes and genitals.
