Epsom salts have many uses, both internal (consumed) and external (in foot baths or generally in your bath, dissolved in warm water). Epsom salts are an inorganic compound consisting of magnesium and sulfate, named after a saline spring in Epsom, Surrey, England.
Magnesium and sulfate have high skin absorption, making their health benefits readily accessible.

- Foot hydration: dissolve 150g - 300g per 4.5 liters of warm water.
- In the bath: dissolve 300g - 600g in a full bathtub.
- Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
