Tile adhesive based on white cement VICOLITH UNIVERSAL.

Properties:

VICOLITH UNIVERSAL is a tile adhesive, ideal for professional use indoors. It has high adhesive strength under normal and wet conditions. It is classified according to the EN 12004 standard as a C1 type adhesive, suitable for indoor use.

Applications:

VICOLITH UNIVERSAL is used for bonding ceramic tiles to floor and wall surfaces made of plaster, cement mortar, bricks, or concrete.

Instructions for use:

• Preparation: The surface must be stable, clean, and free from cracks. Dust, grease, and loose coatings are removed; cracks are filled, and absorbent substrates are preferably primed.
• Application: Mix the adhesive with clean water in a clean container using a low-speed mixer. Allow the mixture to mature for 5-10 minutes. Spread and comb it with a notched trowel. Apply adhesive on the surface to be covered with tiles within 20 minutes.
• Plasticization: In case of substrate deformation, it is recommended to add 10 kg of VIMAFLEX plasticizer for complete plasticization.

• Notched trowel 4 x 4 mm: 1.8 kg/m2, adhesive thickness 1.5 mm
• Notched trowel 6 x 4 mm: 2.5 kg/m2, adhesive thickness 2.1 mm
• Notched trowel 8 x 8 mm: 3.2 kg/m2, adhesive thickness 2.7 mm
• Notched trowel 10 x 10 mm: 4.0 kg/m2, adhesive thickness 3.3 mm
