The Lifemed gel pack is used for cold or heat therapy and conforms to the contours of the body. As a cold pack, it is used for bruises, sprains, swelling, contusions, insect bites and toothache. As a heat pack, it is used for lower back pain, muscle aches, tension, strain and non-inflammatory rheumatic conditions.

For cold use, place it in the freezer for approximately 2 hours. For heat use, warm it in a hot-water bath for approximately 4 minutes or in a microwave for approximately 1 minute, in a container of water that fully covers it. For external use only. Place a cloth between the pack and the skin and apply for up to 20 minutes at a time, with a 30-minute interval between uses. If you have a heart condition, circulatory problems or diabetes, consult a doctor beforehand. Do not use if damaged. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
