The motor broke and it adjusts the speed on its own. The components do not fit well together. It makes noise. We are not satisfied.

Unfortunately, purchased in December 2015, after almost 6 years it developed a problem with the motherboard. Suddenly, it would start up and as soon as you stopped it, it wouldn't start again. With light usage, completely satisfied, but I can't justify such a malfunction from this brand so soon. They told me it's a common issue at the service center, and the cost is 100 euros (60 euros for the motherboard). Nothing is durable over time like the old ones anymore...

With little use, it cut the board without being covered by the warranty. And with two times that the knife was used to cut onions, it broke

I have had the machine for 5 years..At first, I thought I didn't know how to handle it well..Over time, I have to say..I don't knead in the machine firstly because it has a small bowl and secondly because there is a chance that the dough will be ruined. As for the food processor, it is very good and powerful..However, it broke while I was chopping cabbage (okay, I had overused it) and it took me 6 months to find spare parts. Kenwood's customer service is a disaster, as well as their representatives.

After 5 years, it started to not work properly, so I want to. If I stop it during the beating, it gets stuck. God knows when it will work again. I would not buy Kenwood again

Bad construction, especially the blender, which when you remove it from the kitchen machine most of the times opens, resulting in having all the contents on the counter or the floor.

I expected more from this specific company. The entire lid shakes, especially when making dough, I can't say that it mixes perfectly... and besides that, it heats up completely, especially on the higher settings. 189€ is too much for this particular kitchen appliance, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore.

I also decided to buy Kenwood because of its quality and reputation. Stay away from this machine, it is all about quick workmanship. Fake plastic, very noisy, and the whole lid shakes at high speed and doesn't close properly. The pros are its versatility and relatively good price.
The cons are the noise it makes and when it works with denser dough, it walks on the counter and the detachable top part jumps around. I think it's a waste of money

For its price... it is a very good mixer... it also comes with many attachments while in others you have to buy them separately... we have been very satisfied.

I have had it for 6 years and it has no problems. It has many safety features, including ones for children. The knives are very sharp (I tested them on my finger when they slipped during washing). I have made many doughs, whipped cream, cakes, salads (countless... especially the Greek salad, my husband loved it) and many drinks. For its price and capabilities, it is very good. With use, I realized it would have been better to spend more money and get a Kenwood with a larger bowl than this model (always according to my needs), but even then, I only needed it 2-3 times.

I have it for 5 months, an excellent machine for its price! I have no problem with it moving with ingredients inside, although I mainly make cakes and pizza dough, which strains it a bit. In creams, for example, for mille-feuille or cheesecake, it had no issues. Usually, I just let it beat something on its own and bring the ingredients or wash something while it beats, the noise for a mixer is normal and it takes up little space. It also has many extra attachments which I consider useful, especially the cutter. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend it if you want something economical and good.

While Kenwood has a good reputation, I happened to have one of the worst mixers. The part where the wire that mixes the mixture goes in broke, and every time I mix something, it fills with little pieces inside the mixture and becomes unusable. I believe that even the cheapest mixer available wouldn't have caused such damage and there was no reason for it to happen.

We bought it as a birthday gift for my mother. It works well and does everything nicely. In some instances, if you hit things a little harder than creams, the top part of the device shakes, but not too much. The drum is satisfactory for our family of four. Now the only thing that bothers me is that it is white and gets dirty relatively easily, and it looks a little bad, but it cleans with a cloth. Overall, it is worth its money and is quite good for someone who doesn't ask for much from a kitchen machine.

I have had the kitchen machine for 1 year and I have no complaints. The only thing that gave me a hard time at first was the K hook in the cake dough, but over time I got used to it. I highly recommend it

This kitchen machine is amazing and I think its price is too low for the value of the product. It was one of the first ones my mother had and I always remember the sweets she used to make and how delicious they turned out. So I got the new one myself and I can't describe to you how the kourabiedes turn out when we beat the fresh butter there. Happy years!

Although we have it for a short time, without any issues, I can't say that it is a quality product. The system that locks and holds the motor is poorly made. If you don't hold it down from the top, it behaves like a ballerina, even with just water in the drum. When the mixture is hard (worse with dough), it's better to sit on top of it. It HAS NOT HAD ANY ISSUES after 4-5 hours (cumulative time) of operation, but it will probably have them at 50 or 100, and I'm writing this from the technician's position. If someone has experienced prolonged operation, please inform me.

It doesn't necessarily mean that it will present any issues. At €175, it is a very good choice for a kitchen machine. If you want something quite good, go for +€300. The box included a mixer and a blender, which are mentioned as optional in the specifications, and they are incredible!

Expected for Kenwood. Really compact (it doesn't have a large volume). Excited about the power of the 900W motor! It is the golden mean in kitchen machines, if you don't want to go for the significantly more expensive and bulkier Chef & Major category. With almost full extras beyond the obvious: 1.5-liter glass blender, lemon squeezer, chopper/grinder. The only extras that are not included are the juicer and the meat grinder. Overall, a "super machine". Everything comes out frothy...
