I bought them for my grandmother who has issues with her feet, they are very light and comfortable. I bought them half a size down, there is still a little room but not to the point that they slip off (she has a narrow foot).

They have a comfortable fit; you might want to go half a size down. I got them in my size, and they fit comfortably. With thin socks, I felt my foot slipping a bit, and in front of my big toe, the skin darkened due to friction. Since then, I've worn more normal socks, and they are fine.
