The Pebeo Cern Relief outlines have a fine tip for creating clean, raised lines and bold 3D effects. They are suitable for delineating lines, while the surfaces between the lines can be painted with Pebeo Vitrail enamel, Pebeo Ceramic, Pebeo Fantasy Prisme, Pebeo Fantasy Moon.
They can be used for signing your works or for adding the perfect touch. They are suitable for glass, plexiglass, canvas, wood, metal, and almost all surfaces. They combine with all products in the Pebeo Mixed Media range.
The range includes a total of 12 colors. They dry after 2 hours and achieve full hardness after 10 hours. Finished works are durable against gentle washing with water or glass cleaner (not suitable for a dishwasher).
