I had ordered the book first from Amazon. It is a best seller in its category and truly deservedly so. Easy and understandable in writing style with very nice examples that help you in everyday interaction with customers but also in many other topics. The best part of all is that the author is Greek, which makes it even more special. I highly recommend it.
