Excellent! I have had contact dermatitis on my hands for years and I have tried many creams from well-known companies, even with the advice of a dermatologist, with very poor results. I randomly picked this one while my hands had a severe outbreak of dermatitis, with deep cracks and intense dryness. I couldn't even move them because of the pain! From the very first use, it relieved and moisturized my skin! The next day, the wounds had almost closed and with frequent use, my hands completely transformed to a degree that I couldn't believe! It has a light, pleasant texture that doesn't stick and absorbs quickly. It doesn't sting at all when you have wounds and I love its fragrance - wonderful and subtle. It has become my favorite, I won't change it for anything else!
