According to Regulation (EC) No 648/2004:

  • Anionic surfactants at least 5% but less than 15%
  • Non-ionic surfactants less than 5%
  • Amphoteric surfactants less than 5%
  • Soaps less than 5%
  • Preservatives (Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Octylisothiazolinone) *percentage below 0.03%
