I started martial arts in 2012 and my first mouthguard was a cheap commercial one. Since then, every year I changed and spent money on mouthguards until 2019 when I bought this specific one, the Sisu. What can I write to make you understand that you wear a mouthguard but it's like you're not wearing one at all? Such luxury.
If you want to listen to me and save yourself, buy it. The mouthguard is very strong, comfortable, like you're not wearing a mouthguard. You breathe perfectly normally, which is very important for matches and sparring, you speak normally and swallow normally. I have molded it over 50 times with hot water and it's always like new. Also, every time you adjust it, it's so thin that it hugs your teeth like an orthodontist made you a night guard, and even better.
To keep it short, it's a mouthguard that will make your life easier. If you are a martial arts enthusiast and don't want to pay for teeth, buy it yesterday.
