Mouthguard Shaping Instructions:

• Put a small pot of water to boil. Have a separate container with cold water deep enough to submerge the mouthguard.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 20-30 seconds. Remove the mouthguard and dip it in cold water for 1 second.
• Immediately place the mouthguard around your upper teeth. The mouthguard should be warm enough to mold easily. Insert from the back molar and bring it up to the front.
• Immediately secure the mouthguard in the mouth by pressing the tongue against the back of the upper teeth and press it with your thumbs against the upper teeth.
• Leave the mouthguard in the mouth for about 30 seconds, bite gently and suck all the air and water out until it's dry.
