The MegaFitness single mouthguard is molded using the boil-and-bite method to fit the upper teeth. It is made of silicone and designed for contact sports such as boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, football, basketball, and hockey. Includes a carrying case.

To mold the mouthguard, place it in boiling water for 20–30 seconds, then immerse it in cold water for 1 second. Next, fit it over the upper teeth, press it into place with your tongue and fingers, and bite down gently. Leave it in cold water until it hardens. The process can be repeated if needed.
