In 1960, I began to engage, somewhat incidentally as a student, in researching the past of the Konitsa region, which was minimally known in historiography.

Over time, with zeal, enthusiasm, methodicalness, and good luck, I managed to collect a multitude of relevant information from direct and indirect competitive sources, usually hard to find. I published several articles about this local history and wrote the following 4 books-volumes, published by the Athens publishing house Limón:
