The V&A VA38 digital multimeter with True RMS measures AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance and frequency. It supports MIN/MAX/REL and dBm measurements, with a digital bar graph display supplementing the readings.

The USB connection allows measurement data to be recorded, saved and processed using the supplied software and cable. It features HOLD, continuity and diode testing, backlighting, an option for automatic power-off or continuous operation, overload protection and an audible warning if the test leads are connected incorrectly.
