Instructions for Use

Dosage: 1 teaspoon (+/- 2.5 g) 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days, then 1 tablespoon (+/- 5g) 3 times a day preferably before meals or consult your doctor.

Keep tightly sealed in a cool place away from sunlight.

Shake well before taking the product.

Once opened, it is preferable to finish the contents. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. 

Dietary supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use when the product has exceeded its expiration date.
