The Powertech PT-1115 CPU cooler uses four 6 mm copper heat pipes that make direct contact with the processor to dissipate heat. Its low-profile design features aluminum fins and a 92 mm fan with PWM control, which adjusts the operating speed according to cooling requirements.

The fan has a hydraulic bearing and connects via a 4-pin PWM connector. The cooler is compatible with Intel LGA 1150/1151/1155/1156, 1200, and 1700 processors, as well as AMD AM5.
