Non-stick rectangular steel baking pan from the Nava Nature series, with a stone non-stick coating and lid. The pan is made of steel that ensures even heat distribution in the vessel for better cooking results.

The stone non-stick coating allows for easy food removal as well as easy cleaning of the vessel after use. The lid made of high-quality plastic is suitable for food contact, with locks on both sides for a secure closure, and a double handle for easy transportation of the entire pan.

Usage Instructions:

  • Before first use, wash the vessel with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
  • Grease the inside of the vessel with oil or butter before each use.
  • Do not overheat the vessel when it is empty.
  • Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results.
  • The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
  • Do not fill the vessel more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflowing.
  • Allow the vessel to cool down and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
  • Use kitchen tools made only of wood, plastic, or silicone to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
  • Never cut food inside the vessel with sharp tools.
  • Using parchment paper will extend the life of the vessel and the non-stick coating.
  • Prefer hand washing to ensure a longer lifespan of the vessel.
  • Do not use metal sponges, wire brushes, or harsh cleaners.
  • The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials intended for food contact.
