Description & Specifications

The Nava Nature baking tray is rectangular, deep and made of steel with a stone non-stick coating. The coating makes it easier to remove food and clean the tray. The plastic lid is food-safe, locks on both sides and has a double handle for carrying the tray with food inside.

Before first use, wash the tray with warm water, dish soap and a soft sponge. Grease it with oil or butter before each use. Do not overheat it when empty. The maximum operating temperature is 230 °C. To clean, allow it to cool first, then hand-wash with warm water and dish soap. Use wooden, plastic or silicone utensils. Do not cut food inside the tray with sharp tools, or use metal scouring pads, steel wool or harsh cleaners. Parchment paper helps extend the life of the tray and its non-stick coating. Do not put the lid in the oven.
