It works with Smart Life and sends -free- push notifications to your mobile. If you want notification by call or SMS, then you have to pay... That’s expected... It also comes with alkaline batteries included, which at first seemed a bit low at 85%... I’ll try others to see... Even others I put in started around 90, even though they were full at 1.55-1.65v+... It seems to be a bit wasteful with batteries or maybe the battery meter gives somewhat irregular readings... Its speaker seems strong and it has an LED button that flashes and you press it when it rings to probably stop it... It also has tamper protection; if someone removes it from the base, it notifies you... That’s all for now... If you hold down the button while it’s on standby, it rings for a test... Preferably only use alkaline or lithium batteries... Not regular ones... After a month, the batteries are at 70%, although the measurement isn’t absolute since depending on its operation, the level can go up and down at any moment... The above came after checking for several days... After two months, the batteries are at 50-60%... That’s what the app says, anyway... The measurement probably isn’t very accurate... With a multimeter, though, the voltage of each battery is at 1.5v from the initial 1.65v... So you can’t really say they’re drained... But not 50% either... After 6 months, the two meters I have show 45-60% and the battery voltage is about 1.4v... After 8.5 months, it started sending push notifications for low battery... The level is now, according to it, at 19% and the battery voltage at 1.35v... I’m not changing them yet to see when it will die... As soon as they’re empty, I’ll update again... It’s almost a year and the original batteries still haven’t run out... The last two months it’s been nagging me with low battery notifications on my phone, but I’m not changing them to see when it will die... Now, one of them (because I got two) is at 6% and the other at 33%... From this, I understand that it’s not that wasteful with batteries, it just doesn’t measure the battery very well... That’s all... I wonder about the current price though... +5€ up in just one year... What can you say... For the past 2-3 months, it’s been sitting at 0% and shouting low battery on my phone but the damn thing won’t die... I’m waiting for it to go offline so I can change the batteries and it just won’t die... We’re talking about exactly one year with the original batteries... One year and two months later it shut down at 1v... That is, the batteries lasted until 1v together... 0.5v each alkaline... It keeps nagging me about low battery as I said, but it worked...

It is not as user-friendly with the app as it claims. You have to pay a subscription to receive notifications on your phone.

We bought 20 pieces for the Airbnbs and the house, none had any defects, easy installation with adhesive on the ceiling, easy app installation on the phone. It detects smoke and not fire. We tested it by burning some paper near it so the smoke would reach it and it worked perfectly, both the alarm and the remote notification in the app. Essential for every home even if it ends up being unnecessary

SIMPLY AMAZING I have used 3 of them and all three worked perfectly, easy to use and install, and they include the batteries, which not all do. It uses two AAA batteries, you can use either alkaline or rechargeable ones. When they run low, the app shows you the battery status and you can replace them when they are empty. The company says they last for a year, but even if they last less, there is no problem since you can check when they are low. The notifications are free both in the app and on your phone with a sound like 112. There is also a subscription if you want more features. When it detects smoke, it sounds the alarm until the smoke dissipates and then it stops by itself after sending a notification to your phone via the app

I am completely satisfied with the autonomous Wi-Fi smoke detector Andowl Q-YW30! It was incredibly easy to install – I set it up in a few minutes without any issues. The Wi-Fi connection worked immediately, and the mobile app is very user-friendly.

Most importantly, I feel much safer in my home now. The ability to receive notifications on my phone, even when I'm away, is a huge advantage and gives me great peace of mind. I have tested it (carefully, of course!) and the detector responds immediately.

Additionally, the build quality seems good for its price, and its discreet design fits any space. The battery seems to last a long time, but it's good that there is a low battery indicator so I won't run out unexpectedly.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and smart smoke detector at an affordable price. It's an excellent addition to the safety of any home!

On the positive side, I can say that it is not expensive as a device, however, the cost of use makes it expensive. Indicatively, the photos with the pricing of the application to send notifications, I think it is very expensive

The installation was easy, as well as the communication for installing the app on the mobile phone. I don't give it 5 stars because unfortunately you have to pay extra to have communication with the sensor and receive notifications on your phone in case the alarm goes off.

Connects with the Tuya Smart app, good response to smoke, immediate notification on mobile, only negative is not so strong intensity but not necessary as the important thing is to be notified on your mobile. Worth it!
