    The instructions say to apply to wet hair. But after blow-drying, the hair feels dirty to the touch. I didn't see any of the effects described in the characteristics. It doesn't get rid of frizz or smooth out. I will try applying it to dry hair next time. The only plus is the somewhat pleasant smell and texture.
