It got worn out inside and now it slips! Now I glued the nut with epoxy glue to the knob. If it breaks again, I will put a wing nut! I gave 3 stars for the disappointment of it breaking on the first use.

Excellent for its price, but also in general. It fully met my needs for the occasional and amateur use I put it to. But "amateur" in my case also means "random," as well as outside specifications (not, of course, in terms of care and safety).
From complete disuse, suddenly the machine cut many branches in succession (even dry ones) until the batteries were exhausted, and after charging it did the same again and again, even managing to cut a much larger trunk than its specifications (slowly, bit by bit, and at the right angle).
I pruned huge bougainvilleas and Chinese privets, cut laurels, dry pine branches for transport, cleared an entrance from a fallen trunk with a diameter of 30-35cm, etc.
I don't know how long it will last, but where I would have paid a worker, I did it myself, so it has already paid for itself.

One word... extremely honest! For €40 it does perhaps even more than what is described... the chain needs frequent lubrication during use to avoid damage to the tool. For cutting small branches it is reliable, personally with a lot of care and patience I also cut medium-sized trunks (privet, golden crest). Good cleaning after use and it will last forever.

Very lightweight, helps in hard-to-reach spots on a tree. Its batteries last 1-2 hours of continuous use each, depending of course on the diameter of the wood. On green wood, it cuts easily; on dry wood, it struggles a bit but still manages. Always put some oil on the chain before and during use—this is obviously very important. It is also very easy to clean with air, which is also very important before and after each use. For its price, it does the job!
