It does not have an antireflective coating, resulting in more intense reflections. I would not recommend it.

As a person who does not wear glasses, I believe that the quality of the lens, which obviously at this price cannot be glass, can barely cause you vision problems. As for whether it absorbs blue light, yes, maybe it does a little work

they do the job, honest purchase, very lightweight, ok they are not crystal clear - clear lens, it's a plastic that "yellows" slightly without antireflective coating. for rough use, you can throw them in your laptop bag and not worry about it

I don't know if a more expensive pair of glasses would be better. These are the first ones I bought and they have helped me incredibly. My eyes hardly get tired at all, nor do they water. Also, the headaches from many hours of screen use have stopped. I highly recommend them to anyone facing such issues. Especially at this price, you have nothing to lose by trying them. The build quality isn't amazing but what can you expect at this cost.

I use them for my long hours (8-14 hours daily) on the laptop. They are very pleasant to use, have a design, fit perfectly, and most importantly, my headaches and annoying photosensitivity have stopped. They are almost colorless and the material seems of good quality. A good gift for health and with minimal money. Happy SURFING...

Although they are big for me, they helped me a lot with dry eyes. I wish I had known earlier that such glasses exist.
