An amazing sock, truly top-notch. I’ve bought countless socks to end up with this one. It has the magical combination of wool for warmth, temperature regulation, and antibacterial protection, polypropylene which is the most hydrophobic material and wicks away moisture while also providing durability, and elastane for a good fit. The bottom part is terry-knit so they are soft and warmer, while the top, as you can see, is thin so they fit inside shoes and the foot can breathe better. They don’t smell at all because of the wool, they don’t cause blisters because the sock doesn’t get soaked by sweat like cotton ones.. generally for the army, hiking, and even everyday use they are top. I wear them at a construction site in full summer sun with a leather safety boot, the Haix Black Eagle Safety 610 LTR GTX, which also has a Gore-Tex membrane, and it never smelled. Truly amazing socks.
