General Instructions for Use/Maintenance of Cookware
Before first use, clean the cookware with water and soap. Allow it to cool and then dry it. Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
Avoid using olive oil spray as it can create residues that damage non-stick properties. Choose the correct burner size by centering the cookware on the heat source.
For INDUCTION cookware, place them on the appropriate burner. Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280°C. Avoid cooking fatty foods until they burn.
Do not use sharp cooking utensils and prefer wooden, plastic, or silicone tools. Store the cookware carefully to maintain the internal non-stick coating.
Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven. Check the handles to ensure they are secure and well-attached.
Cleaning:
Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish soap is recommended. If using a dishwasher, use mild detergents and economical cycles at medium temperature. Aluminum cookware should not be washed in a dishwasher.
Avoid abrasive and corrosive cleaners. It is recommended to rub the cookware with a few drops of oil after each wash.
Warning: Do not overheat the cookware when empty. Do not leave the cookware unattended during cooking and let it cool before cleaning. Use protective gloves for safe cleaning.
Before cooking, make sure that the base of the cookware and the surface of the burner are clean, free of food or grease residues.
