General instructions for use and maintenance for Cookware:

• Before using the cookware for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
• Do not use "spray oils" to avoid residues that destroy non-stick properties.
• Select the right size of the cooking surface and center the cookware on it.
• Use the cookware on low or medium heat, not greater than 280°C.
• Avoid cooking fatty foods that burn or blacken.
• Use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking utensils.
• Warning: Cookware with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Check the handles before use and tighten them if needed.

Cleaning:

• Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
• In case of using a dishwasher, use mild detergents and choose economical cycles at medium temperature.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive cleaning products.
• Warning: do not overheat the cookware when it is empty.

Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning and use protective gloves during cleaning.

Before starting to cook, ensure that the cooking surface and the base of the cookware are clean.
