1. DOES NOT include a light! (the description does not promise it but the cardboard box shows it = use a strong rear bike light as well). 2. Large, intense color and reflective at the points, opens and closes just fine, quite heavy (for simple wind, not for... a storm / I could improve-weigh down the base = it opens, but then it won't close satisfactorily, so just use simple stones at the 4 corners or any type of beanbag). 3. I recommend it but consider buying a smaller one (50-40cm, though with a significant cost difference), but WITH the light, it might be a better purchase (of course you can support it on the hole on top and any other light you have, e.g. a car flashlight, ideally with sos-strobe mode).

Stop as far to the right as you can, leave a triangle, cone or other emergency markers at a SUFFICIENT DISTANCE (e.g. 50-100m+), not just behind the car (especially in bad weather or fog!!), DO NOT wait INSIDE the vehicle (especially in a spot with no visibility, e.g. on a curve... here stay far enough back to warn passersby by gesturing, don't get them killed! If you haven't run out of battery, leave the alarm or other lights ON!!
