The Gaerne SG.22 motorcycle boots are designed for motocross riding and build on the SG.12 model. The three-dimensional Main Body Toe Box reduces the height between the sole and the top of the boot, making it easier to shift gears beneath the gear lever. Their geometry follows the movement of the ankle.

The Dual Stage Pivot System 1.0 limits ankle hyperextension, hyperflexion and lateral movement. The front shin plate has two air vents, while the memory foam injection and Inner Grip Guard 1.0 help provide protection and riding feel. The Goodyear sole has dual-density inserts for grip, durability and shock absorption, while the Microshock heel features a multi-density composition to protect against minor impacts. The steel protector between the sole and upper has a reduced thickness while retaining its protective capabilities, and the boots fasten with a Superlight aluminum buckle.
