Description

The DC motor speed controller allows for the control of the direction of a DC motor using a pulse width modulation (PWM) voltage regulator with a fully adjustable duty cycle of 0%-100%.

The speed controller can provide continuous current of 3A to the DC motor or other DC load.

  • Input supply voltage: 6V-28VDC
  • Maximum rated power: 80W
  • Maximum continuous output current: 3A
  • Adjustable duty cycle: 5%-100%

Operating instructions:

  1. Connect the DC motor (or the DC load) to the motor terminals as shown in the wiring diagram.
  2. Connect a voltage of 10V-36V DC to the circuit, ensuring the correct polarity of the connection. Note that the voltage applied to the motor will be the supply voltage applied to the circuit. It is recommended to add a suitable fuse to the positive supply for circuit protection against any short circuits.
  3. You can now control the speed of the motor via the potentiometer.
