One star is way too much. Apart from the fact that the taste is awful, I also found a hair inside. I sent an email to the company with photos, and they just told me they would replace the bar. There is no reason for such hassle, of course, since it can't be eaten anyway. STAY AWAY!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the comments. I've been taking supplements since the 90s and protein bars for 20 years. For the last 2 years, I've been OBSESSED with this particular one. It's a complete meal with perfect taste and minimal sugars, at a ridiculously low price. It fills me up immediately and is digested without any issues. I no longer have any reason to pay double for any other.

It is a fact that the high protein content can cause gas in unaccustomed bodies, especially if there is some degree of lactose intolerance. Personally, I have no problem with this one, even when I eat 3 a day. If it bothers you, the solution is simple: Eat half when you are not already full. Even then, it's still worth it.

Nutritional garbage, I don't care how much protein it has, the bloating and gas it causes, I haven't even had this with beans, dangerous product!! Stay away!!

Serves me right! I didn't want to listen to the comments... guys, I ate the bar and almost a day after consuming it I had constant gas. I don't know what's going on, what they've put inside. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Don't make the mistake of eating it and then going on a date... everyone will be laughing at you... the funny thing is I ate it after a workout and then went to work in the taxi... all the windows were permanently open... don't buy it even if you find it for 1€ which is possible in a supermarket. While it is filling and tastes good, it causes incredible bloating afterwards. Just as everyone else says, it causes gas, so don't eat it before a date, because you won't know where to hide! lol
