In each serving, you provide your muscles with 24g of high-quality protein and 6g of BCAA amino acids.

Recommended dose: Mix one scoop of 32g with 250ml of water or milk. Take 1 - 2 servings per day; on training days, consume one serving in the morning and one immediately after training.

On non-training days, you can consume one serving upon waking up and one serving before bedtime.
