The whey protein from Immortal Nutrition contains a concentrate of whey protein, isolated whey protein, and hydrolyzed whey protein peptides, which are known for their exceptional quality, solubility, bioavailability, and delicious taste.

In each serving, you provide your muscles with 24g of high-quality protein and 6g of BCAA amino acids.

Recommended dosage: Mix one scoop (32g) with 250ml of water or milk. Take 1-2 servings per day on training days, consume one serving in the morning and one immediately after training. On non-training days, you can consume one serving as soon as you wake up and one serving before bedtime.

    The price is incredibly good obviously for 4kg protein and 500g creatine but...
    It's the first time the solubility bothers me... no matter how much you shake it, there will be lumps. Which, with this particular flavor, white chocolate & strawberry (because in this package I only see these kinds of strawberry flavors left...), is not "ok"...
    Taste... buttermilk with strawberry... quite sweet, quite sour at the same time, 0 white chocolate, and a strange milky aftertaste.
    If you add other things into the drink, it's undrinkable, and if you put it in yogurt, it leaves a disgustingly bitter aftertaste.
    The creatine is ok but I often find some "grains" inside, crystallized... like biting sand... which raises questions.
    2 stars purely for price/quantity but I definitely won't choose it again and it's very likely I won't even finish the first 2kg box
