Excellent dehumidifier! It doesn't make much noise, it cleans the air excellently even from cigarette smoke, and it helped me a lot because it dries clothes very quickly!

It does the job and is generally of good quality. We bought 2 pieces, including from the previous version of the model, and after just 5 years both developed the same problem almost simultaneously: a fault in the temperature or humidity sensor. Another big downside is that it is not at all easy to find service. There is only an authorized service center at the dealership in Thessaloniki, with all that this entails.

Very disappointing experience. The dehumidifier never activated the compressor from the very beginning — it only worked as a fan blowing cold air, without collecting even a drop of water. All the correct settings were made (smart mode, low humidity target, waiting time, etc.) with no difference at all.

I sent it for service, it returned as "checked" but continues exactly the same: cold air, no dehumidification. Essentially, it is a device that does not perform its basic function.

Great hassle and wasted time with no solution.

It only makes noise and its operation is annoying, especially at night even if it's in the next room (with the door open). For it to perform satisfactorily, the temperature must be above 25 degrees. For me, those with a compressor mean noise and very poor performance. I got another one with zeolite and everything is perfect—the difference is incredible...

Quite noisy compared to another dehumidifier I own, which, although larger, produces less noise (PRIMO WDH-312EE MC SERIES). Also, when I removed the HEPA filter, the dehumidification capacity doubled and finally, the humidity sensor it has is terrible. For example, I set the desired room humidity to 60% and as soon as my precision hygrometer shows 63% or 64%, the dehumidifier stops, and even worse, sometimes it doesn't stop and continues until the room humidity reaches 56% and still doesn't stop, it keeps running. The dehumidifier's humidity sensor shows 73% while my hygrometer shows 64%—completely off.

Proper dehumidification but with considerably more noise than an Inventor 20lit that I have had for three years and has been running non-stop for 8 months each year.

It does a very good job at humidity levels and drying clothes! Of course, it is a bit noisy, you don't sleep easily if you have it close to you!

I give it one star because I can't not rate it - otherwise, I would have given it zero. The worst dehumidifier, Morris. After seeing many advertisements, I decided to buy this product, but it was wasted money. It doesn't pull moisture; after three months of use, it broke. And others I have asked say the same thing: WHAT A SHAME, WASTED MONEY, ..... IT'S NOT WORTH IT. The device definitely does its job correctly, but as others have pointed out, it is noisy, even though they advertise the opposite.

Looks super but... it doesn't do the job. It shows that it reduces humidity but it doesn't collect any water at all!! With a setting at 50%, a Kullhaus 13-liter removes 10 times more water than the 16-liter MDB-161ohi in the same house in the same space. I took it to the dealership, they returned it to me saying that it works normally. Well, it doesn't work - it doesn't collect water. Only if you set it to 30% for drying clothes will it function. So I'm retiring it after 1 year of trying to keep it!!

I bought two dehumidifiers (one for my parents and one for myself), but unfortunately one turned out to be faulty (it didn't collect water). The one for my parents worked fine, but the noise is noticeable. The construction is not very high quality, it's difficult to remove the bucket to empty the water, as the handles are not very deep. I also had trouble with the company's customer service until the issue was resolved.

It's worth the money!! It's not silent even though they say it's quiet on the low scale, but ok when you put it on dehumidification it's not quiet. It doesn't consume much. I put a meter and the month costs 4 euros in my space that reaches the appropriate dehumidification and turns off. My space is full of humidity.

I chose it because I had seen how the 16-liter dehumidifier works. I probably got a defective product. When the tank is full, it beeps warning you that it is full and instead of turning off, it continues to open and close and whistle incessantly until you turn it off yourself. I sent it once to the Morris service but the problem remained. Unfortunately, I can't send the dehumidifier to Thessaloniki every now and then. They should have recognized that it was defective and replaced it. As for the noise, do not consider it quiet by any means. It is excessively noisy.

The dehumidifier is problematic!!! It does nothing!! We have had it for over a month and from the first week, we realized that it was not functioning properly as it did not collect any water! We sent it to the company for repair and essentially they told us that it works perfectly fine and sent it back to us! It makes a lot of noise and does not reduce the humidity level at all!

In no case is it quiet, on the contrary, you can hear it even if you are in the next room.

It dehumidifies the space (as seen from the water tank it fills), but so far it has not managed to go below 60%.

When I turn it on or off, it makes a small vibration.

Noisy compressor that I bought 15 days ago. I measured 50.4 db on LOW and SMART modes at a distance of 1m from the unit. On HIGH, I measured 53+ db (normal difference). However, the stated value is 41db, unless it refers to fan operation (without the compressor running). The Morris MDF 16300i model I have in another house is quieter (43db) on HIGH.

It makes incredible noise... I bought it for the bedroom, I received it a few hours ago and I'm already regretting the 130 €... I have the Morris 20300i, no comparison, it is also more expensive of course, but I didn't regret a single euro... it's worth every penny 100%... but this is just pure disappointment. In the description, it says to select "clothes drying" on the remote control, THERE IS NO REMOTE CONTROL!!!!

If you want quiet, then this is not what you're looking for! Let someone else tell us about the economy because I didn't measure consumption

It makes excessive noise (sounds like someone has put an electric vacuum cleaner in the next room). In the description, it said that it has an indication for temperature and air quality, but this is not true. You only see the humidity indication.

I live in an old house with wooden frames and a metal door that lets in drafts. The house has humidity, even my clothes in the closet feel damp. When I turn on my dehumidifier, it shows up to 85 and after a while it goes down to 53, and on rare days it goes down to 48. It makes moderate noise and has the option to illuminate or not its central LED, so it can provide light during the night if it is in the center of the hallway, for example. Personally, I am satisfied because when I put it in my bedroom, my clothes improve and when I put it in the living room, the space also improves.

I received it yesterday.
Impressions:
1. Beautiful and relatively elegant.
2. Plastic quality is average.
3. Weight is okay.
4. The water tank has a slight difficulty in removal, and the filter is much more difficult.

I question the accuracy of the indications.
As soon as I open it, it shows 75% humidity. In 10 minutes, it drops to 61. From there, it doesn't drop any further, even if I leave it for 3 hours.
At one point, the indication turned blue while the humidity was 62. I turned off the indication light, opened it again, and it was green.

I simply laugh at the "quiet" claim. It is not quiet at all.

I am very skeptical about whether I made a good purchase or not.

I have three dehumidifiers due to room renovations. They do a perfect job in a house with a lot of humidity

Purchased in February 2021. It has been in my possession for less than a year. It has been used minimally. From February to March, it was used only 9 times. After storing it during the summer, this winter the plastic parts, specifically the blade, started making noise. It is very mediocre for its price. I had a dehumidifier from 2015 in the past and it still works perfectly. This particular one is noisy. Performance-wise, it is average.

I bought this dehumidifier on 11/25/2022 for $199, and so far I am very satisfied! There is no silent dehumidifier, but its noise is very tolerable, like an air conditioner. I haven't tried it yet for drying clothes, so I will come back with a new review.
