Saracino flavor pastes are Bake stable, offering stability during baking, reducing failures. The high concentration of flavors makes them ideal for cakes, ganache, macarons, cupcakes, sponge cakes, ice creams, and yogurts.

Ingredients: Sugar, raspberry juice and pulp (35%), glucose syrup, citric acid, pectin, flavorings, anthocyanins, carmine.

Allergens: May contain traces of eggs, soy, milk, and nuts (peanuts and hazelnuts).

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. After opening, keep the product outside the refrigerator until expiration, provided the above conditions are maintained.
