    I ordered an 80cm christening candle for a very special day, but what I received was completely different from the item I actually bought. The company decided to send a substitute without informing me or asking for my consent beforehand.

    To make matters worse, the packaging was terrible. It looked like a very poor, rushed job, using ripped pieces of cardboard and paper just to cover it up. For such an important and delicate occasion, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I do not recommend.
