I bought it on a trial basis because of its reviews. I imagine that those who left good reviews might be comparing it to the worst honey available in supermarkets (with "syrup") or whose quality has changed. It has absolutely no thyme aroma or taste, not even the slightest! I have eaten genuine thyme honey and it smells wonderful and you can really taste the thyme, so I know what I'm talking about. This particular one is simply a flower honey, and in fact, mediocre or even below average. Even from the farmers' market, I find better flower honey. The only reason I don't give it one star is that there are worse options out there.
