To use, add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals. To combine with other flower essences, add 2 drops to a 30 ml bottle of mineral water. Up to seven flower essences can be combined. Take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. The flower essence can also be taken directly on the tongue or applied to the lips, behind the ears, on the temples or on the wrists.
