Risoli produces high-quality cast aluminum products in Italy with a thick base and original Teflon coatings, scratch-resistant and PFOA-free. This technology allows for faster cooking and even heat distribution for more natural cooking.

IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Before using the cookware for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it well, and lightly season with oil or butter.
  • Low or medium heat is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. Do not overheat the cookware.
  • Do not heat the cookware when it is empty.
  • The cookware should only be used for cooking. Do not use the cookware to store food.
  • Only use wooden and nylon utensils and do not cut food in the cookware.
  • After use, allow the cookware to cool, clean it in warm soapy water, and dry it well.
  • The use of a dishwasher is not recommended.
  • A slight change in color of the coating does not affect the quality of the product.
  • Handles and knobs are heat-resistant from 180-240°C.
  • Pots and pans without plastic parts are also suitable for the oven.
  • Suitable for all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic, oven).

General usage/maintenance instructions for cookware:

  • Remove all labels and clean with water and soap before use.
  • Brush the non-stick surface with olive oil.
  • Select the right burner size and center the cookware over the heat source.
  • Do not fry fatty foods that burn easily.
