Risoli produces exceptional quality products exclusively from cast aluminum with a high thickness base and original Teflon coatings, scratch-resistant and free from Pfoa and nickel. This technology allows for greater speed and uniform heat distribution for more natural cooking.

IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Before using the pan for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it thoroughly, and lightly season it with oil or butter.
  • Low or medium heat is sufficient for the best cooking results.
  • Never overheat the pan.
  • Do not heat the pan when it is empty.
  • The pan should only be used for cooking; DO NOT use the pan to store food.
  • Use ONLY wooden and nylon utensils.
  • After use, let the pan cool, clean it with warm soapy water, and dry it thoroughly.
  • We do not recommend using the dishwasher.
  • A slight change in the color of the coating does not negatively affect the quality of the product.
  • The bakelite handles of the pans are heat resistant from 180-240°C.
  • Pots and pans without plastic parts are suitable for the oven, with a protective covering.
  • RISOLI products are suitable for all types of cooktops.

General usage/maintenance instructions:

  • Before using the product, remove all labels and stickers.
  • Clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry carefully.
  • Brush the non-stick surface with olive oil.
  • Choose the correct size of the burner for your cookware.
  • We recommend using the cookware on low or medium heat.
  • Never cook fatty foods until they burn and blacken.
  • Do not use sharp cooking tools.
  • Store your cookware carefully.
